Editorial note: this is the “Pricing” part of the document “DE-instruct: Dienstleistungsbeschreibung & Preisblatt” (v4, 18 June 2026), rendered in English. It is incorporated by Section 1.2 of the Subscription Agreement. The Service Description, incorporated by Section 1.1, is a separate document and describes the scope of functions.
Our pricing model combines a fixed monthly base fee for the scope of functions and storage with a flexible credit system for consumption-based actions.

* Price adjustments due to increased platform and energy costs are possible subject to three months’ notice. In that case a special right of termination applies.

3. Service & Support
Hourly rate for support and services: 135.00 € (billed per commenced half hour)
4. Contract and Package Conditions
4.1 Upgrading and downgrading packages
An upgrade of your package is possible at any time. The difference in price is charged for the full current month.
A downgrade is possible after the minimum contract term has expired and takes effect on the first day of the following month. It is subject to the condition that both your used storage volume and the number of your documents do not exceed the limits of the new, smaller package.
4.2 End of contract & data archiving
The minimum contract term is 12 months. The fee may be paid monthly or annually in advance.
After the end of the contract your data is no longer available operationally and is permanently deleted one month after the termination of the subscription term.
Important: You are responsible for archiving your data yourself. The platform supports you in doing so: after a work instruction is approved, and after a checklist is completed, a PDF record is automatically sent to an email address you have provided.
All prices are exclusive of any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments (Section 1.2 of the Subscription Agreement). Term and payment terms otherwise follow from Section 2 of the Subscription Agreement. The retention and deletion period after the end of the contract follows from Section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement, which takes precedence over any conflicting terms (Section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement).
